What happens after you submit

  1. Your text is normalised and screened for offensive language, threats, personal information and possible allegations.
  2. Offensive words are masked and personal details are redacted. You're shown exactly what changed.
  3. Reviews with possible threats or serious allegations are held for a human moderator and are not published automatically.
  4. Only published reviews count toward an entity's score.
